How it works
Sign up. Pick your nights. Eat.

Step 1: Choose your days and your plan
Three, five or seven meals a week. One flat price.
Pick a plan (most people take 5 meals) and tap the nights you want them. Change the nights, pause a week or cancel from your account whenever plans change. Nothing locks until the daily cutoff.

Step 2: Set your plate
Tier, targets and allergens, set once.
Choose a calorie tier (under 500, about 650 or about 800) and nudge the protein, carbs, veg and salt if you like. Declare any allergens and the way you eat. From then on every dish you pick is portioned to those numbers and checked against your allergens before it is ever assigned to you.

Step 3: Pick, or let us pick
Two meals a night on the menu. Tap one, or tap nothing.
The kitchen publishes its menu ahead of time. Pick a meal for each of your nights, add breakfast or lunch to any day, or leave a night blank and the kitchen fills it from what you have liked before. Every pick it makes for you comes with a reason, never silently.

Step 4: Change your mind until 4:30pm
Out tonight? Fancy the other dish? Swap or skip until 4:30pm.
Every day's order stays open until 4:30pm, 30 minutes before the delivery window opens. Swap to anything else on that day's menu, skip the day and bank a credit, or add a dessert. After the cutoff the order locks so the kitchen can cook it properly.

Step 5: Cooked that afternoon
Made in a Plymouth restaurant kitchen, between its lunch and evening service.
At the cutoff the kitchen gets one batch spec: how many of each dish, each plate's grams, every allergen flagged, a label code per tray. It cooks everything together in its quiet hours, portions by the spec and seals it hot. Nothing is cooked days ahead and nothing is frozen.

Step 6: Delivered 5pm to 9pm
One van, one route, a live ETA on your phone.
Your route is planned once the orders lock, so the stops are fixed and the timing is predictable. Watch the van on the map, get a nudge when it is a few minutes away, and message the driver if the buzzer is tricky. Your breakfast, lunch and main meal for the day arrive together.
